The Rega Fono MM MK5 is a dedicated moving magnet phono stage and a multiple What Hi-Fi? Award winner. It is a clear step up from built-in phono stages, bringing more detail, dynamics and quieter backgrounds from any MM cartridge.
A two-stage RIAA equalisation circuit gives RIAA accuracy better than ±0.2 dB from 100 Hz to 100 kHz, with 41.4 dB of gain at 1 kHz and standard 47 kΩ / 100 pF input loading to suit all moving magnet cartridges.
Simple connectivity and operation in a custom case make it an ideal partner for Rega Planar turntables with MM cartridges. Bought at Blacknote, the Fono MM MK5 comes with Rega's lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
