The Rega Solis is a reference-range stereo power amplifier delivering 168 W per channel into 8 Ω and 305 W per channel into 4 Ω. Fully symmetrical discrete circuitry in the signal path gives it the power, control and low distortion to drive almost any loudspeaker.
It has balanced and unbalanced inputs, short-circuit, thermal and DC protection, a user-selectable standby mode, a 12V trigger and an independent mute function. It is designed to partner the Rega Mercury pre-amplifier, and can also be driven by the Aethos integrated amplifier used as a pre-amp.
Pair it with the Mercury for a reference pre/power combination. Bought at Blacknote, the Solis comes with Rega's lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
