The Audio-Technica VM750SH is a VM700 Series flagship built around the same die-cast aluminum alloy body as the VM740ML, giving it tighter dimensional tolerances than the polymer-bodied models lower in the VM500/600/700 lineup for reduced resonance and a more precisely aligned generator.
In place of the MicroLine profile, the VM750SH is fitted with a nude-mounted 2.7 x 0.26 mil Shibata stylus on a tapered aluminum cantilever. The Shibata's elongated contact area tracks a wide section of the groove wall, extending high-frequency response and preserving fine detail with excellent tracking stability at demanding passages.
As a series flagship, the VM750SH ships with a premium storage case alongside the standard mounting hardware and stylus guard, and mounts on any 1/2" standard tonearm for listeners chasing the VM700 Series' most refined top-end performance.
